Esthetic and Prosthetic Rehabilitation of Maxillary Lateral Incisor: A Case Report

Introduction: The maxillary anterior region poses the highest number of aesthetic challenges in implant dentistryas any tooth loss leads to bone resorption and collapse gingival architecture leaving inadequatebone for placement. However, immediate placement provisionalization has been a viableoption replacing failing teeth as it preserves vertical existing osseous gingivalarchitecture. A proper case selection guided by an appropriate step-by-step treatment plan can ensure successof placement.Case Summary: This report describes atraumatic extraction fractured right lateral incisor,followed dental prepared socket. Implant was successfully loaded andwas functional during 24 months follow up period. patient exhibited no clinical or radiologic complicationspost operatively. Recall visits patient’s high-level confidence smile with optimum satisfaction andsuccessful outcome.Conclusion: Immediate into fresh socket reduces time, cost, preservesthe increases comfort patient.
